Process instruments

The dresor allows for the first time the on-line measurement of deposition thickness and rate during the industrial manufacturing process. The process instrument comprises a rod sensor, a sensor mounting, a junction box and an electronic basic device. A probe is screwed to the tip of the sensor rod. It can be replaced if necessary. The sensor and the sensor mounting are designed for facilitating the replacement of the sensor probe. The probes allow single or multiple use.

The electronic basic device is placed in the vicinity to the point of measurement. It serves for on-side display and operation. Using appropriate interfaces the transmission of measuring data is possible.
